Initial Assessment
The initial assessment will take place in your home. We will sit and discuss your medical history, current situation, goals and any concerns you may have on attaining these. Jordan will develop a management plan, assess any musculoskeletal conditions and take some general observations and baseline tests. We then look at the home environment and how we can make rehabilitations and treatments easily accessible to you!

Follow up sessions
Follow-up sessions consist of physical rehabilitation one on one with Jordan, coaching and education, tweaking of treatment plans as required and hands-on treatments such as massage and joint mobilisations. We will work together to ensure your treatment plan is as effective as it can be and allow you to easily understand what to do between sessions.

Massage and Manual Therapy
For when you just need that short-term pain relief, these sessions are aimed at providing this alongside some advice during the session. It includes massage techniques and joint mobilisations amongst other techniques to help ease pain.

Block Bookings
Where repeated treatment may be required for a period, we offer treatment blocks to reduce costs. At present the offer is only available for 6 sessions, but for longer-standing treatment in chronic pain or surgical situations, further options may be discussed on a case-by-case basis
